Bio
Becky Ferreira is a science reporter based in Ithaca, New York. She covers space, archaeology, palaeontology, climate change and the intersection of science and culture. She writes the weekly for 404 Media, and has bylines in The New York Times, VICE, 快猫短视频, WIRED, MIT Technology Review and The Washington Post, among others. She has also appeared as an expert guest on the Science Channel and hosted the "Space Show". Becky’s book First Contact: The History and Future of the Search for Alien Life is due out from Workman Publishing in autumn 2025.
