Bumblebees, African dung beetles and Canada geese are a few of the creatures Bernd Heinrich has studied and written about, all found in his latest book, The Geese of Beaver Bog (Ecco, 2004).

A book for the beach? 鈥淚 do not take novels to the beach! The water is always much more exciting.鈥�
