
The Wellcome Collection in London is hosting an exhibition called . It brings together the work of artists resident in medical research centres in six countries: Kenya, Vietnam, Malawi, South Africa, Thailand and the UK.
To mark this event, 快猫短视频 CultureLab invites you to send in your own work of art. We are looking for an original creation that depicts your view of modern medicine and why it matters. It might be inspired by an encounter with a doctor, a scan of your brain or the impact of a treatment you鈥檝e received. It can be a song, poem, painting, video, sculpture, short story or photograph鈥 the sky鈥檚 the limit.
We鈥檒l showcase the best entries here on CultureLab, and the winners will receive an original artwork donated by the : a framed print from multimedia artists , whose work is featured in the exhibition. The prize also includes Wellcome Collection caf茅 and book shop vouchers.

Terms and Conditions
1) This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over in all countries, except for employees of Reed Business Information Limited
2) The prize is a print from multimedia artists Miriam Syowia and James Muriuki, and vouchers for the Wellcome collection caf茅 and bookshop.
3) Entries must be submitted in the name of a single individual via the web form at 丑迟迟辫://飞飞飞.苍蝉补诲尘颈苍.谤产颈.飞别产.颈苍迟别谤苍补濒/肠辞苍迟补肠迟/辫别谤蝉辞苍?谤别肠颈辫颈别苍迟=肠辞尘辫鈥. The individual submitting the entry is the only individual who will be entered into the competition.
4) Entries can be any variety of art. Entrants who need to display an image, video or audio clip should add a link to it on the web form.
5) Entrants must supply their name and a valid email address.
6) Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 5 January 2014. No purchase is necessary. Entries will not be returned, nor will they be removed from the website once posted.
7) 快猫短视频 accepts no responsibility for entries which are not received for any reason, including technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise.
8) The winning entry will be chosen by a panel of judges including representatives from 快猫短视频. The judges鈥 decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) The winning entry may be adapted for inclusion in 快猫短视频 magazine, on newscientist.com and other digital publications.
10) Entrants consent to use by 快猫短视频 of their entry and name for editorial or publicity purposes, should they be shortlisted or a winner.
11) The winner will be notified by email by 10 January 2014. Acknowledgement and confirmation of a secure delivery address is required from the winner before prizes will be dispatched. If for any reason the winner does not respond to the email requesting acknowledgement within 7 working days, 快猫短视频 may select an alternative participant from the shortlist of competition winners.
12) The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-divisible and no cash or other alternatives are available.
13) 快猫短视频 reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.
14) By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
