Gallery: Artistic agenda: The state of eco-art.
Fast-food chicken bones, red lentils, sardine heads and microbes – not the contents of a kitchen bin, but raw ingredients for a new wave of art. Its aim is to raise awareness of issues around biodiversity, genetically modified food, overpopulation and climate change.
